Specialist Equestrian coaching in Dressage, Show Jumping & Cross Country.

Just keep getting the basics right and the harder stuff takes care of itself.
If you are balanced as a rider you can allow the horse to perform to its full potential.

So many different elements go together to make a successful coaching session, whatever your standard
…the right environment…a deep understanding of technique and temperament…careful, patient instruction…understanding students and when it is appropriate to push or take more time… …it has to be demanding, but fun! …I want you and your horse to engage mentally in your own development..

Because we know all this, and because we’ve been doing this for quite some time... we appreciate that not everyone learns in the same way, and that everyone has different coaching requirements. It really is, pardon the pun, horses for courses. Whether you’re new to riding or an international competitor, we’ve both short and long term flexible sessions for horse and rider. Only by incorporating a blend of modern coaching techniques upon a firm foundation of 40 years riding experience at international levels, we can definitely help you realise your full potential. Whether you want to become a first class showjumper, develop in the dressage arena or cross country.

So riders both relatively new to the saddle, or honing their skills ready for international competition, will finish each session feeling they – and their horse – have fully benefitted from the experience.
